  1. Schedule virtual tours. Upload a tour of your rental on YouTube or FaceTime for potential tenants and do a live walk-through with them.
  2. Use online screening and applications. Let tenants submit their application online and complete a screening to speed up the process.
  3. Sign documents digitally. If you use a tool that can create a lease with an option to e-sign, you’ll be able to do everything you need without an actual pen and paper.
